LoRaWAN-OD Gateway Communication Device
Walrus LoRaWAN-OD Gateway is a well-built full-duplex mode. Embedded in the Linux operating system, the main control chip is the powerful ARM Cortex-A53 platform, with a maximum frequency of 1.2GHz. It is equipped with a 1x or 2x Semtech high-performance multi-channel LoRa transceiver SX1301. The 2x SX1301 version of the gateway extends the original normal 8 channel to support 16 channels, and the gateway's node capacity will be 4 times that of the 8-channel half-duplex gateway.
The gateway is backhaul via 10/100M Ethernet or LTE. An on-board GPS module could be used to generate a PPS signal for synchronization. Furthermore, an internal web UI is integrated for quick configuration and fault diagnosis analysis and maintenance. Benefit form Walrus WIFI interface, customer could use devices like PC or laptop to connect with it directly to initial, configure or debug when needed. Various power supply plans are supported, like DC injector, PoE and internal LiFePO4 battery. It also provides an acid battery charged with solar panels choice.
